Warner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations with emphasis in psychology from one of the top 23 PR programs in the United States (Eastern Kentucky University) and still only one of 30 certified in the world. He also holds Master of Public Administration degree and certifications in Nonprofit Management and Geographical Information Systems. He has completed professional studies at Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) at the School of Philanthropy.
Jen has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Miami University, a Master of Science in Management and is completing her Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Change.
